- NO Yearly Membership Fee, No Desk Duty, No Other Fees.
- Work from Home. Work Full Time, Part Time – No Minimum Required
- Be Paid At Your Closings, Advertise Your Phone # Not ours
- Learn to develop your Free Website/Blog
Plan # 2-Part time agents.
- NO semi-annual MLS Dues
- Join the Karen Wilson Team
- Receive a NICE referral fee for every closed transaction provided by you
- Clients do not need to know you are not practicing full time
- Resume full time practice when your schedule allows
